Lab Max does not carry or sell products which are controlled or restricted. Our goods are like any other goods might be opened for routine inspection. We make any afford that we provide all necessary documents and waybill to avoid any delays at customs. We follow all changes and requirements to properly fill any necessary information for customs. Our goods might be like anything else crossing the border hold for a routine inspection but we have never noticed any delays. We take care that our shipments comply with all regulations and there are no problems at the border.
LabMax does not share customer information. LabMax will never contact you with offers. On occasion we do have misspelled or incomplete shipping address, this is the only time we need to contact customers by email or text message. If you add your email address to our mailing list we can provide you with updates, product information, special offers. We do not need your phone number but when we fill out waybill for Post Office or FedEx they simply require it. Post office will never call you, LabMax will never call you. If we see any issue with the order we of course need to email customers. FedEx, DHL is the only company which might contact you by phone if there is delivery problem. After receiving your goods you can ask to have your information removed from our database.

Please also note that when you pay by credit card we do not have your credit card information. You are communicating directly with your bank with secured connection and we only receive notice that payment was made.
